Itsa Deli Thing

Went there for a breakfast meeting. I had the oatmeal and it was very good. My colleague had a breakfast sandwich which looked very appetizing. The service was quick, but then there were not many customers. This could be because we were there between normal breakfast and lunch times. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

This establishment offers plenty of seating and a variety of options to choose from on the menu. Sitting by the window and basking in the sunlight is a delightful touch while enjoying my meal. The restaurant is very clean and provides a pleasant environment for dining. The staff were incredibly friendly, contributing to the overall inviting atmosphere. I opted for a breakfast dish, which exceeded my expectations. I am eager to return and try something new off their menu.

The Grady’s Garage team had their lunch today and wow what a treat! Very good food with even better service over the phone. We will definitely be getting this more often.

Been there a few times and get the same waitress every time. She's rude and not very personable. The food is awful, the coffee is decent. My husband and I each get a small coffee and we get charged for a small and a large, or two larges. Wouldn't suggest going here unless you enjoy confrontation. Also their soup tastes like soap, and don't get the biscuits and gravy. The biscuits are going to be hard as rocks and unchewable, and the gravy is going to have a film on the top from them microwaving it. Could be home made gravy, but it tastes like Libby's gravy from a can. You're better off going to Walmart and making your own food.

I love this place and meet my friend often here! Everything I’ve ever eaten here has been excellent (I’ve tried sandwiches, salads, soup, and cheesecake), but the grilled sandwiches are probably my fav. The presentation of the food is artistically done. The waitstaff are friendly and efficient and know the menu well. The surrounding decor adds to the cute ambiance. There is usually an abundance of customers and based on the faces around me becoming familiar, I believe many others also use this place as a regular meeting spot, like I do. I am already looking forward to my next meal at my favorite Owosso eatery!
