Amy’s place

Being a long time breakfast foodie and reviewer, moving to Owosso, MI left something to be desired. Good, but typical diners are all you got. Amy’s Place brings a unique, homemade menu to the area. Located in downtown Owosso across from the Lebowski Theater, Amy’s provides various omelettes, stuffed biscuits and gravy, stuffed waffles, etc. Everything is made with love and seasoned well (no bland potatoes here) by Amy herself. Service was quick and friendly in a cozy environment. If you are traveling through or if you are local and haven’t yet had the pleasure, go check this place out.

We stopped in for breakfast. They did not disappoint. Homemade bread, jam. Everything was prepared as we asked. Service was a little slow, but it was breakfast time. Breakfast is served all day. We did go back for lunch another day. Chicken sandwich was excellent. Burger was on point too. Definitely worth the trip.

My son and I LOVED this place! We were passing through Owosso and stayed at a nearby airbnb on our way to Canada. We had no idea where to eat and chose this place because it's my namesake. Holy smokes did we make the right choice. As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted by warmth and the smell of delicious, homemade food. Everything was absolutely perfect. Our waitress was Brandy, and she made us feel right at home...like she was my sister from another mister. Do not snooze on this place. The only thing wrong with this place is not every seat was full...yet. Bon appétit.

Today was me and my boyfriend's first time going there for breakfast and it was absolutely amazing we will be returning! I highly recommend the French toast roll ups and the farmers bowl! Everything was made so love and was fresh. The waitresses were super friendly and kept up on the hospitality! Our waitress Jamie was absolutely amazing! 10000/10 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Absolute art is put on a plate and eaten here. I'd eat anything but I just thought I'd say this place is actually awesome. If you want rustic-like seating, in a well over 100 year old building lot, with great food, go to Amy's Place. Also, if you go there and see a jolly, young waitress with glasses, tell em "big G sent me" and she might get a little confused.
