I ordered a takeout order (1-9) at 5:10 pm. I ordered a large cheese pizza and a large supreme pizza. My husband picked it up and brought it home. Let me preface this with saying I have grown up my entire life eating Italian village in kingsport and have tried your location twice before. It did not have the correct toppings the first time we tried and got a recook for the second time, which was mediocre at best. Yet we STILL decided to try the Bristol location again as my son loves pizza. Yet this time it was completely not able to eat! The cheese pizza had a very tough crust like cardboard and very little sauce and cheese. The supreme was a hot mess and falling apart completely a nasty soggy mess and was overwhelmed with mushrooms! My two year old son would not even eat the cheese pizza,

Had no idea this place existed until we were looking for places to eat while in Bristol. Came in town town for a show at the casino and came across this place right across the street. I remember going to the one in the Fort Henry mall and eating that pepperoni and mushroom pizza brought back memories. The only thing we weren't a fan of was the whole onion slices on the pizza. Diced always seems to taste better. But overall the garlic cheese sticks were delicious and the pizza was great. Spoke to the manager who said they opened in July/August of last year and she was brought up to manage it from the one at the mall. Definitely can tell they do alot of call in orders as probably 5-6 people came in for to-go orders as were were dining inside. Keep up the great work!

I've eaten at Italian Village in Kingsport for years and I love it! I was excited to see it coming back to Bristol. Im highly disappointed. I've eaten here on 5 different occasions and every time I go the employees are leaving on something on their phones. Today the tables were dirty and I had to wipe one down myself. Dirty trays were stacked up and trash cans full. The food was bland and not hot at all. Sicilian slice is supposed to be thick it was not. I will be making the drive to Kingsport from now on!

Italian Village Pizza has always been a favorite of mine. I was so excited that one was opening in Bristol. The pizza is lacking sauce so the last few times, I asked for extra sauce. The pizza was gummy and still lacking sauce and flavor. I asked for a cup of pizza sauce and there my friends is the answer...It is so watered down, no wonder there is no sauce on the pizzas. It's a sad shame for a pizza shop to have great potential and use such poor ingredients. I also drove out there (90 minutes round trip) at least 3 times to get pizza and the store was closed on days it should have been open according to the scheduled hours posted in the window. When folks come to your establishment spend 50 bucks for a 1 and a half topping pizza and 2 small salads you could afford to put some tomat

When this place first opened they were amazing. I told everyone, you gotta eat there. Now...they didn't even put pizza sauce on my pizza. The spinach was charred. They only had one kind of crust available for some reason. The staff did not seem to be very happy either. Not sure what was up with that. Anyway, guess I am don't with that place.
