ITALIAN KITCHEN

Ordered from here on uber eats. my pizza had mouse poop underneath it. my 5 year old had already ate a slice of it. the poop was like imbedded in the slice as if it was cooked into it. I am beyond disgusted and upset. I reported on uber eats and took a picture on the app, i threw it away before taking a photo in my own phone. i don’t recommend ordering from here. EDIT: Since yall replying saying yall don’t have proof to support my claim. HERE is proof to support that i ordered from yall on Friday 1/02 and my message with uber eats support minutes after my food arrived. I don’t lie on establishments, I’ve ordered here before and didn’t have any issues. So I was DISTURBED at what i found. So take it up with Uber eats.

There is no way there's a single Italian person working at this restaurant because this may have been the worst spaghetti I've ever had. The sauce was SWEET like they added sugar to the sauce. On top of that it was a lot of sauce and it was hard to even get any pasta on my fork. I ended up transferring it to a plate to try and get rid of some of the sauce and noticed how watery the sauce actually is because it's pooled up in the corners. Pasta was overcooked as well. No self respecting Italian would sell this slop!

We had salad the day before we had this experience. The salads were amazing the food the next day chicken cheesesteak horrible and cheesesteak disgusting dry, nothing on it that was suppose to be. I pray they do better with other items on their menu. We even called back and customer service was not great. We was tout on hold then told they would give us a call back. Unacceptable.

I ordered a pizza last week and it was dry and sauce was bland,I ordered the same back in June and it was delicious,so this place has changed management or the good cooks left,the pizza wasn't tasty @all!!

Steak roll is very dry and nasty. It didn’t taste like anything. I’d rather have ketchup. Fries were very tasty. Trying something else next week. Will update review
