Lansdowne Public Library

I really like the kids section of the Lansdowne library. There is a great selection of books and it's family friendly. You can bring your toddler and they can play with toys that are provided while your child reads, does homework or even use the computer.

These early years are so important and I'm glad to live close to such a nice library! It's a nice size, and the children's area is a great size, most of all my daughter loves coming here! We've spent hours here reading books, coloring, and playing imagination games! We love it on those low traffic days!

Well used library with excellent, helpful librarians. The children's area seems well stocked with books and amusements. The main library area has lots of workspace for people on computers, however, limited comfy seating for (adults) who simply want to hang out and read.

I come here often, I asked to use the computer I mistakenly my Philly library card for this Delco. I was sitting at computer desk 4, I went to the front asked for a computer pass, another lady asked for me as well she also mention on 4. The older lady I believe with orange hair put me on #2. I wouldn’t mind but it was two men sitting there, & I would have been in between them. I felt very uncomfortable. The older caucasian with the orange hair gave me the time for 10 minutes, which was all I needed, she gave me it for #2. I said “It’s suppose to be for computer 4. (Btw all of my belongings was on 4) she replied I’m sorry I can’t do it. I sucked it despite me feeling extremely uncomfortable. I couldn’t take it, I’m not about to sit where eyes are looking inappropriately at me. I walked up t

My wife and kids have been going to the library since we moved here a month ago and have loved it. Today, we participated in a "Frozen Themed Escape Room". It was really neat, well thought out, and the worth the trip. The "guide" and staff were super friendly and helpful and I feel like they care about our little family. Thanks to the team there for being so welcoming to our new community.
