Customer Reviews
I was just looking for somewhere to eat while my partner was at the dentist, and I found this cute little ramen shop. Everything about it was amazing. The food tasted great, the service was amazing and just the overall atmosphere was really calming while I was nervous about my partner lol. I had the Edamame which came out nice and warm, and the Chicken Ramen. The soft boiled egg was perfect in the ramen. And the Strawberry Milk brought me back to my childhood with the homemade strawberry compote they mix in. Overall an amazing experience, and I hope to go there again soon!
Tl:dr - I suspect Issho’s will be a hidden gem in Issaquah, so be sure to get in while it’s still new 😁 We had the matcha latte (it comes iced) and takoyaki, both of which we enjoyed. For the main courses we had the Black Tonkotsu Ramen and Curry Pork Katsu Don. We didn’t end up getting a picture of it (next time😁) but the ramen broth has a nice smoky taste to it and was a nice richness. It was close to some of the ramen we had in Japan, so we’re looking forward to trying the other offerings they have. The curry don was a nice traditional curry. The sauce was a little on the liquidy side, which made it easy to blend with the rice. The tonkatsu was tasty as well.
Visited this ramen spot recently and it was such a comforting experience. The broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned — you could really taste the depth in every spoon. The noodles were cooked just right, soft but still chewy. The toppings were fresh and well-balanced — especially the soft-boiled egg and tender meat. The portion size was satisfying, and the presentation looked beautiful. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed lunch or dinner. Service was quick and friendly. Overall, a very comforting bowl of ramen — definitely worth visiting again! ⭐️ 4.5/5
I got the katsu curry, this was delicious and priced fairly, the only flaw I’d give it is idve liked a bit more curry sauce as the ratio of rice to curry sauce was a bit off. The chicken was tender and katsu. I haven’t had ramen yet but will come back and try it, and update my review accordingly.
Tried this new ramen spot for a late-night dinner and it was really good. I had the black tonkotsu ramen and fried shrimp. The soup was super creamy and comforting—perfect for a cold winter night. The shrimp was nice and crispy, and the prices were very reasonable. Definitely coming back again. Worth it! 🍜🍤
