Island Time Fusion

The food and service are amazing. The food is delicious and full of flavor, and unlike anything else in the area. Even if you think there’s nothing you like on the menu, I promise once you try it you’ll change your mind. We ended up getting a second order of the trio taco sampler before we left bc it was that good. The wings were delicious, we had the lemon pepper mojo and teriyaki. Even my 6 year old loved the food. Can’t wait to go back!

Looking for some good island food in Augusta, definitely stop by Island Time. The play on Mexican and West Indian flavors is genius, the chicken taco was not overcooked or dry like some places do, the two sauces on it is just enough and not too much that it’s overpowering everything. The taste of a char and crisp crunchy shredded veggies is the perfect combination. You can fired or plantains, both were great. The plantain is not hard like traditional plantain chips but they are hard enough yet still soft. Definitely trying the shrimp next time

Super delicious!! These seem really healthy too! Loved the chicken Alfredo taco and jerk, they are all good. I mean, spinach, and even broccoli in there too! But the sauce will take you someplace else, its good! They have sweet Plantains, soursop drink!!

Repeat customer for the past 2 years. I absolutely am a picky eater but they get it right every-time. I love the portions and the service. I even tried something different and enjoyed it. My go to for Caribbean

Needed a quick bite on the way from Atlanta to Myrtle Beach. So glad we went off the interstate a bit. This place serves some good food. The jerk chicken and shrimp tacos were on point. Reasonably priced for 3 full tacos and plantains chips or fries and a drink. The plantains were great. Thinly sliced and fried, perfectly seasoned for it. Shrimp and chicken tacos were good with a cabbage filling. I went for a local drink they sell, different, but still good. I chose the Lychee flavor. Unique, kinda thick compared to a soda, but pretty cool. Glad I tried it at least. It is about 15 mins from I-20 but only 5 min from the 520. They have a couple tables to sit at and enjoy or a big lot to eat in your car. I wish I had tried the burgers also, someone there said they were really go
