Island Fresh Pizza & Subs

We ordered 2 large pizzas—>> Meat lover’s and traditional pepperoni mushroom. These were by far the best pizzas we’ve had on MV and perhaps even beyond. Thank you, Island Fresh!

Island Fresh Pizza & Subs is a must-visit! Every time I stop in, I’m greeted with friendly, fast service and consistently delicious food. Their pizza is always fresh, perfectly cooked, and generously topped—one of the best on the island! The subs are packed with high-quality ingredients and make for a great lunch or beach snack. I especially love how the team keeps the vibe casual and welcoming. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or feeding a whole crew, Island Fresh never disappoints. Highly recommend!

We’ve been searching for really good pizza on the island for a long time. We now have our fave pizza place. Excellently spiced sauce and terrific New York slyly crust. Terrific!

I am giving three stars as an average of my collective experiences at Island Fresh. I've had amazing Pizza here, I prefer their small pizzas over the large. One small cheese pizza with extra cheese and I'm in heaven - on their good days, I'd give them five stars. Unfortunately, consistency doesn't seem to be Island Fresh's thing....the last 4 times I've been there, it was so bad, giving them one star seemed like it was too much. Burnt pizza, oily pizza, cold pizza, incompetent staff, rude staff, no napkins, no plates, I'll stop there, i think i made my point. I hope they go back to being fabulous, I miss those 5 star cheese pizzas!!

What a gem! They have been here 8 years and we just discovered them this visit. Fantastic pizza and subs! Delicious and fairly priced. Subs were generous and pizza cooked perfectly and toppings were just right! Thin crust was amazing and thick pizza was not too doughy and still crisp. Don't miss out on this hidden gem. Owner is friendly and personable and pricing is extremely fair.
