In-N-Out Burger

Very disappointing experience at the In-N-Out Burger – Mission Gorge (San Diego) location. I paid at the first window without any issue. When I pulled up to the second window to receive my order, two employees were chatting and laughing as if they were at a party, clearly distracted. As a result, they forgot to give me my soda. Let me be clear — this is not about the price of the soda. It’s about professionalism and taking the job seriously. I have a limited lunch break, there was traffic, and the drive-thru line was already long. It’s unreasonable to expect a customer to get back in line, find parking, or walk inside to fix a mistake that could have easily been avoided with basic attention. For such a well-known franchise in San Diego, I expect a much higher standard of service. This was

Best homemade style burger and fresh cut fries hands down with unfrozen patties. My experience goes back to the 60's!! YOU CAN'T BEAT THE PRICES ANYWHERE ELSE. I am grateful for their precision and top business sense.

The best of all the fast food restaurants. I mean every in-n-out burger are awesome they always hire all of the nicest people in the town. Service is always top notch and the food always good and it is a great value I usually always eat in-n-out on road trips because you never have to worry about bubble guts haha if you want good food and great service at a great value in-n-out santee is the way to go.

The fries had a fat hair in the middle. I attached a picture for reference. They also got my order wrong but they corrected it and gave a shake for the inconvenience. I have 2 stars because of the nasty hair.

Consistently tasty burgers, fries, and shakes. If you're hungry and watching your carb intake, order an off menu favorite: "protein-style 4x4" or "Flying Dutchman". All the wonderful beefy flavor without the carbs! 😋
