Luna Grill Santee

How do I make service more than 5 stars the staff here are so thoughtful and kind. Every time we visit the manager is always going above and beyond for the people in the restaurant. They notice when people are waiting and always make sure you're happy! Excellent customer service which is hard to find without asking for it.

I'll start this review off stating that I sent in a complaint to their corporate office and gave them almost 2 weeks to reach out and respond. They unfortunately haven't...so this review will be about my latest experience with the Santee location (on January 10th). I've eaten at Luna Grill many times and I love their food so I'm giving them 2 stars for their food; however, after this last experience I will be taking my business elsewhere when I crave Mediterranean food. The blatant lack of respect for their customers is very disappointing 😞 They clearly have shown they don't care about what their takeout order did to my car. We celebrate a quick lunch birthday party. Delicious Mediterranean food, the crew and staff was very nice.

I tried the Seasonal Peach and Burrata salad. It was soooooooo good. The food elements were fresh and the dressing gave a slight heat, because of the chile pepper bits. The crew was fast and friendly. Even the pita bread was nice and warm, just like I like it.
