In-N-Out Burger

I’ve always loved In-N-Out and never had any problems in the past. Today was the first time I left a little disappointed. When I arrived, I placed my order directly with a nice young lady outside. As I started driving toward the window, about four different employees telling me to go back and order through the intercom. I explained that I had already ordered, and after verifying with the young lady, they apologized. Then, when I received my food, I noticed the cheese on my burger wasn’t fully melted (photo attached). I mentioned it to the gentleman at the window, but he looked at me confused, almost as if that’s how the cheese is supposed to look. Well it was kinda last minute for me it was like a hour left before they close on a Saturday. The drive thru line on the left was moving faster than the one on the right. I ordered two double doubles and a pink lemonade. When I got my food I noticed it was a lettuce wrapped double double. But I took it back no issue they changed it for me. The food was good and the people were very nice. I will give this location another try.

We went to the In-N-Out burger on South Gary off the 60 freeway for lunch. As always they were super busy. We found a table and picked up our order in about 10 minutes. Everything was freshly made and delicious. We have always had a great lunch here.
