In-N-Out Burger

So today I ordered 2 protein burgers, fries. When I got home I had to recenter my burger and onions. I was shocked apparently they have changed their burger size, it’s now 3 inches in diameter and it weighs 1.2 ounces. I will probably try them again because I’ve been eating them for 25 years but if the next ones are the same. I will half to find a new fast food this is totally unacceptable.

Lines are long but move quickly. If you’re visiting AZ, In and Out is a “must try”. Pink lemonade is so refreshing. Grilled onions! Animal style fries and banana peppers all the way!

You guys know how to work it!! . This place is always busy. The food menu is the same, but always taste fresh. Your costumer service is lots better than other fast food restaurants, the inside was clean. thank you. Mahalo 🌺 🌺

It’s currently Sunday at approximately 5:20 PM (3/1/26) my husband and I went through the drive-thru. After placing our order, I took a sip of my drink and immediately noticed it was completely flat and tasted terrible. We asked for a replacement—nothing unreasonable for something we paid for. The employee at the window instantly scoffed, rolled her eyes, and handed over another drink that tasted just as bad. Her attitude was unacceptable. When I told her I would just take a lemonade instead, both she and the young man assisting her began openly talking about how we were “just complaining.” This level of disrespect is unprofessional and reflects poorly on your establishment. So fresh everytime!! Love the outside seating. Very busy but great service!! The French Fries were very small, like the bottom of the bag!! Still fresh and hot.
