Ike's Love & Sandwiches

The sandwiches, our tasty, the bread, fresh the options. It's almost unlimited. It's one of my favorite sandwich shops and I'll be back again for sure. The dirty Reuben is s good choice but the and the Hot Momma Huda hits the spot even more. Try the Dutch Crunch, the fresher the better.

Ike’s Love & Sandwiches is, without a doubt, my all-time favorite sandwich shop. Trina, the sandwich maker, truly outdid herself. She poured her heart and soul into crafting what I believe is the best sandwich I’ve ever had. Every aspect of the sandwich, from its appearance to its taste, was impeccable. Her attention to detail and passion for her work are evident in every bite. I strongly recommend giving her a raise for her exceptional service and dedication.

It was our first time trying Ike's, and we were really excited! Until the bad customer service and passive aggressive note in our takeout order set the tone. We ordered online for pickup, so naturally, we always expect some level of mistake or that they would let us know if they were out of a specific item. Nope! Instead of communicating and letting us know that they were out of a key item in one of our sandwiches, they left a cute note with 2 whole onion rings in the stspled closed bag (pictured). The workers said absolutely nothing to us at the time of pickup, and we're generally rude and dismissive. Do better.

First time going there from doing searches to see what places I can eat at, overall very friendly staff, came into place; immediately was greeted, the menu is a bit to take in with soo many options which is a plus. After deciding, immediately asked if I wanted some water before purchasing which is a nice touch if its a hot day, ordered my #44 Robin Williams sandwich Which included chicken, lettuce tomatoes, mushrooms, Italian dressing, also had th3 ability to choose from 3 different breads; i chose the crunchy cracked one ( not sure on the name of it) Took it home and opened it up and it was already cut in half which is nice if you only somewhat hungry Everything tasted as it should chicken was moist and juicy, lettuce was lettuce and so on. Ike's is my FAVORITE sandwich shop ever! Each sandwich has a unique, memorable name, and the flavors in every bite are just as unique! I'm a huge fan of the Red Pesto they make, so I usually get either the Jim Rome (Turkey, Avocado, Red Pesto, and Cheddar), or the Reading Rainbow (Vegetarian) on a Dutch Crunch sub 🤤 Although I gotta say, I personally think a great place to start for a first timer is the Backstabber (Halal Chicken, Creamy Caesar, Marinated Artichoke Hearts, and Provolone.) Ike's signature Halal chicken is so tender and flavorful, combined with the creamy Caesar sauce here, it's no joke that this sandwich would bring any Roman emperor to their knees.
