SUSHI GO

After grocery shopping, I saw this Sushi Go on the way out. I saw the new owner (4 months new) making a platter of sushi. He has skills similar to sushi restaurants chefs. We chatted. He is a young man who worked in couple sushi restaurants prior. He decided to have his own shop. He said he is keeping the standards and quality as the restaurants; methods, ingredients, and presentation. I decided to try the rainbow roll ($8 each or 2 for $14) because it looks appetizing (good presentation). I never buy sushi from stalls in the market, but I am not a sushi snob. The rainbow roll is good. No smelly fish, and good quality rice. I bought 3 trays. All of us like the food. I will definitely return for more.
