We love the service and pork pate chaud here. The meats are evenly proportional to the pastry. Pork is triangle shape, chicken is square. They sell Vietnamese coffee, bánh mì and other dishes.
Truly love their Vietnamese iced coffee and all their baked goods. 👍😍
I’ve been getting coffee at both the Brookhurst and Moran Location for many years. Their coffee has a balanced sweetness and bitterness to it with a hint of chicory. FYI: This place is mainly for on the go. Unless you plan on dining in somewhere nearby, there is no place to sit and enjoy the coffee and/or the pastries provided. Overall, if you want to get some caffeine in your system for a quick jolt of energy and you’re in the Little Saigon area, I highly recommend getting your coffee at Gala.
Best coffee and croissants. They switched to a window style service after the pandemic, but the food and coffee is still good
