IHOP

Driving from Texas all day, my husband and I were passing through on our way at to Atlanta. We stopped in for a quick bite. We were Immediately greeted with a smile and hello. Kenya was our waitress. Not only was she quick and attentive, she had a wonderfully pleasant attitude and her genuine customer service was a breath of fresh air. The food was great also. If you decide to stop in, ask for Kenya. You will not be disappointed.

It's always clean and everyone is very professional and polite. My server (Corey) never gets our order wrong and always suggest different options. All the servers are willing to help each other out so noone has to wait. A very pleasant environment.

The food wasn’t that bad, but it definitely didn’t look like it did on the menu. The strawberry milkshake was so good 😍. The strawberry cheesecake pancakes were good but a little soggy. Still, it’s a bit pricey for something that looked more Temu than menu.

I was in town shopping with two of my kids, and since my oldest absolutely loves IHOP, we stopped in on our way home. The whole staff was so polite and greeted us with genuine smiles. Two of the employees were especially sweet — they were completely charmed by my 5-month-old because he kept smiling at everyone who talked to him. Our server was attentive and helpful, and the food was great. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience, and we’ll definitely be stopping by again.

We had gone to Tuscaloosa for a "weekend getaway" and chose to stay at the Springhill Suites. Just down the road was the IHOP which the Manager at the Hotel recommended saying that the IHOP was under New Management and had been renovated. We were seated quickly, the occupancy was about 20%, and Brandy came to provide us the service at our table. She was WoNdErFuL!¡!¡ Caring compassionate, helpful, professional... One of the best servers we've come across in a while! Food was ok, but nothing in comparison to Brandy's service!
