IGA Deli Eastport ME

The most friendly lady from Nottingham gave me the warmest welcome and suggested some fantastic local delicacies! An absolute pleasure to visit somewhere with such helpful and kind people.

Service is slow, but ok, people! Just wish they would use different meat cutters/slicer and not slice cheese on the same machine that just cut my sandwich meat! Or at least clean/wipe it off after each use! Instead, it gets used all day and only gets cleaned or wiped off when it's noticeable! I'm buying my own meat slicer, so I don't have to worry about cross-contamination! I'm already grinding my own hamburger!

I bought some fried chicken and it was very good also they have fresh coffee.

The counter people are always friendly. Offerings are fresh... tasty. When you put in a hard days work it is good to have a spot in town where you can grab something to go without a wait.

Good selection, prices & usually not too busy (cept on special holidays Pirate Festival etc) but even busy they are well stocked!
