Ichiddo Ramen Highland Park

This might be a minimal problem but they need to rinse the bowls better. All I could taste was dishwashing liquid.. it ruined the taste of the dish. It had a chemical taste. The fried chicken bun was pretty good.

I have been once there! Everything was perfect and nice. We went in when it was really busy but the they took care of us a lot. My friends and I love the food so much and will visit there again!!

I enjoyed the Niku Soba, the only tonkotsu ramen on the menu, but wasn't blown away. The broth was good, maybe a bit on the salty side, but the noodles were pretty thin and seemed like instant noodles, and the quantities of the added cabbage and bean sprouts were super minimal. Overall, good option in a pinch but not my favorite ramen.
