I had high hopes for IchibanGO since it’s close by, the photos looked great, and the reviews were generally positive. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to expectations. I ordered the hibachi bowl with chicken and steak, and both proteins were extremely overcooked—well beyond well done. The steak was tough, and the chicken was dry, which really took away from the dish. The chicken fried rice were just okay, nothing memorable. The yum yum sauce was also disappointing; it tasted like a knock‑off version and lacked the flavor you’d expect. To make matters worse, I had a slight stomach ache for most of the afternoon after eating. The atmosphere was another drawback. It was very loud inside, likely due to the high ceilings, and the music was blasting to the point where it was uncomfor

So I’m upset because I normally come here and today it just wasn’t it! They made our bowls and when we got home were eating a little bit and then tried the rice and it tasted horrible. The rice was mushy and slimy and when I called they basically offered to only replace the rice! I got the new rice and you can tell a big difference. This rice was fresh, but the rice they gave us even smelled moldy like or just funny! I’m so upset because we had to pick our toppings off of the old rice because the manager didn’t want to remake our bowls. However, the 2 nice young ladies were willing too but couldn’t because their boss said “NO”! We spent $40 on this so I’m highly upset because I normally like it but the way the manager handled this was terrible customer service! He should’ve offered to rema

Wow!!! I got a bowl with steak, chicken, and shrimp. It was amazing! It was ready so quickly and tastes just as amazing as it does at a regular Ichiban. If I lived closer, I’d be here all the time. The staff was very friendly and the place was so clean. I definitely will make sure to find a way back to this place.

Just tried this restaurant for the first time yesterday and it’s definitely safe to say that I’ll be a regular! Great food with good prices considering the portion sizes. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!

First time eating here. The staff was incredibly helpful, explaining everything on the menu and how ordering works. Food was fresh, hot and delicious! We will definitely be back!
