Ice and Topped Bakery Shop is a wonderful locally owned spot in Douglasville that truly stands out. The owners are always there working and greet every customer with genuine kindness. They take time to explain all the delicious options, from cakes, brownies, and cookies to great coffee and even homemade ice cream. Everything tastes fresh and homemade, and you can tell they use top-notch ingredients because the flavor really speaks for itself. It’s hard to find quality like this around here. If you’re looking for exceptional baked goods and friendly, personal service, this bakery is an absolute must-visit. I highly recommend stopping in and trying it for yourself.

Have a sweet tooth, I know a Bakery that will satisfy your cravings. Iced and Topped is a local gem offering tasty treats that will quiet the most discerning consumer. Whether its cookies, cakes or biscuits, everything my family and I have tried is moist, soft and flavorful. If you are tired of the dessert deception (different color icing on top of vanilla cake or sugar cookie base everything) this is the place to be. I know they have other offerings but coffee, lattes are not my thing. Pricing is totally reasonable considering portion sizes. Limited seating available. So most patrons will select and go. I believe most items are baked daily.

This is my third time trying this bakery. The treats are delicious. The atmosphere is great, clean, and friendly. It’s kinda cozy too. They have so many baked goods. Today I tried the Lavender Lemon drop drink and it was good. We got a the Oreo cake, red velvet, strawberry crumble cookie, sugar cookies, and a few more. I really wanted the snickerdoodle cookie but they didn’t have any. The owner suggested the watermelon wave refresher so next time I’ll try that. They also sell a variety of herbal teas. I will definitely come back for a fourth time. 👌

I really wanted to love this place because the atmosphere and decor were really lovely, but unfortunately the customer service was less than ideal. I ordered a caramel apple latte and the milk was frothed to what felt like the boiling point of the sun and I could barely hold the cup even with the coffee sleeve on. It also just tasted really processed. The barista couldn't recommend a single pastry despite their sign advertising 100s of flavors and honestly I feel I may have visited on a bad day. I am open to trying again as it wasn't the worst place ever but the experience just wasn't great. 5/10 stars in my opinion and not Steph approved at this point in time.

This place is a true gem! I have order off DoorDash several times and been in person a few. The desert and treats are delicious. I love the environment is comfortable to sit and eat. The owner is amazing and I would highly recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth.
