Ice House Pub

We stopped in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. As we walked in there was a large room with only one couple at a table. No staff at all. It must be their outdoor seating. After fumbling around we noticed a dark door that slid open letting us into an even darker bar room. I guess it was seet yourself because I didn't see a hostess. Server was slow but was more attentive as time went on. We ordered fried artichokes for our appetizer and they were delicious. The cottage pie was delicious with my Guinness and she ordered the turkey wrap with steak fries. Food was good but atmosphere was dark. Must be a big place for darts because the back room must have had at least a dozen dart boards. The place was OK but there are some many other choices around.

Wonderful English Pub! Phenomenal selection of beers on tap with multiple options for the size of the pour, from 5 ounce to 10, to 16 to 20. With extremely reasonable prices from around $2.25 for a 5 ounce pour of a wide selection of top quality beers. Proper English Pub Chips with malt vinegar and a good selection of Pub grub. Attentive, friendly, knowledgeable service. Dart boards, a pool table and several TVs for sports fans. We enjoyed our evening at the Ice House Pub and definitely recommend it.

Great place for a taste of English food, with 34 beers in tap. The salad my wife got had some sad looking lettuce, but otherwise, very good food. The wait staff took care of us, all good.

Feels Like An English Pub and Great Food Worthy of 5 stars, but with no low tables inside, I deduct 1 star. This place was an old ice house many years ago and has been transformed into a fun authentic English style pub. We found plenty of free parking in the area close to the pub. We entered a covered patio area with many low chairs and tables, several TV’s and a bar. You pass through a sliding door into the main dining room and game area with more TV’s. No shortage of sports video here. All of the inside seating is hi-top tables and chairs. If you’re short and struggle to get into a hi-top, or dislike having your legs dangle, like my wife, you have to sit out on the patio. 1st time to a pub and we fell in love. The staff was very fun and efficient, took time ro explain anything we had questions about. I had the cottage pie and my husband had Bangers and Mash. We played darts (they have 10 boards and darts they loan you!
