i Fratelli Pizza Grapevine

The wife and I were taking a much needed staycation when we ordered a pizza from this location. Idk if it was the driver, the store or both, but they went beyond the call of duty. Delivered with the pizza was a bag with paper plates and extra cheese/red pepper containers. This worked out great bc we didn’t have anything in the hotel room. Pizza was hot and tasty. They exceeded all expectations!

Love the choices of pizza they have. We make sure to always add “extra crispy” to our order or the pizza crust isn’t great at holding all the wonderful toppings they put on. Love that more locations have opened in the last few years. We order from here when we have lots of people over and everyone seems to like it.

We mistakenly added Caesar dressing as a dipping sauce, and the staff had the thoughtfulness to catch it, wondering if we meant ranch instead. They called to clarify, but we missed the call. Instead of guessing, they went above and beyond and included both. They even looked back at our order history and noticed we typically get ranch with our pizza, which confirmed their instinct. That level of care is exceptional, and it’s exactly why we keep coming back. The pizza was fantastic, and the service was even better. These folks always deliver. Customers for life.

Today was our first time trying i Fratelli. I’m glad we did the pizza was delicious. We will be back for sure and thank you for the pleasant service!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this location. The team is ALWAYS friendly, ALWAYS kind. We typically get delivery and I placed an order one time for pick up and to my surprise they called me and made sure I wanted to pick it up due to us always getting it delivered. That type of service continues to keep us coming back!!!! I can’t think of any other pizza place that would do that! LOVE THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you all for amazing service you give. The pizza is constantly consistent!
