Häagen-Dazs of Middletown

Came here a few times for some ice cream and it was really good. I enjoyed the vanilla with gummy bears! Plus the customer service here is really friendly and polite. They let u have samples of stuff before u buy it to make sure u like it. Not everyone does that these days unfortunately. This place is gas. If you don’t know what that means, it means it’s BUSSIN like really good u should come check it out !

We went into this location recently, and when we first walked in we were not greeted. Nevertheless they had profane provocative music playing which is completely unacceptable given that people bring their kids in as well. Despite the fact we weren’t greeted or had a friendly welcome in, we ordered our ice creams which were ok. Flavor selection was kind of basic, but I’m more so disappointed in the quality service. I’m not sure if it’s because it was closer to closing times, but the two young ladies were very distasteful, and had lazy attitudes. Not to mention, as we were ordering I had took a glance around the parlor and seen two teeth retainers sitting on the table. Absolutely disgusting. I can’t fathom coming back to this location. Wish I would have went to Brusters instead.

I stopped in Haagen-Dazs in Middletown and was greeted by friendly smiling staff members ready to serve up delicious treats. They were happily explaining what was in each ice cream while giving samples. I even got a pint to go, hand packed by the manager! 5 star review ⭐️ Parking was a breeze with plenty of space around back! Not to mention the beautiful set up AND tremendously clean atmosphere. It is obvious the staff take pride in their work and space they serve!

Right in the middle of high street Middletown is a prime spot to get an afternoon ice cream. This Häagen-Dazs shop is the perfect place to grab a treat with a friend or loved one. If you catch it the right time “right now” 🤫 you can get that good pumpkin spice milkshake. It’s like drinking a pumpkin pie.

Came to this establishment this evening. The girl working behind the counter was extremely helpful, providing samples and recommendations for me and my family. The Ice cream was delicious and the establishment was clean! 10/10. Definitely will be coming back!!
