Hy-Vee Bakery

I like getting apple fritters from the bakery and there was actual apples in them. Yesterday I bought 2 large apple fritters already boxed up....there was NO apples or even a flavor of apple in them. Here's my advice if you're going to tag it as apple fritters then make sure there's apples in them

Rude service from the people that work in the bakery. Came in to ask if they do photos on cakes and they don't do movies and such because of copy write which would have been fine and we could have talked about doing something else with the cake. But the girl that came up and rudely said unless you want to pay the 30,000$ copy write fee then we could do it was so snarky and just flat out rude. I left after that. I would have talked about doing something else but I didn't even want to spend my money there anymore. Absolutely ridiculous I used to love coming here to get my cakes but I won't anymore. Very sad about that service.

They always have great items in the bakery! The iced sugar cookies are the best!! The staff are always helpful and friendly!!!

I love Thirsty Thursdays at Hy-Vee. I earned $1.00 off gas with my purchases.

Hy-Vee Bakery has good food. But over priced.
