Hy Iu Hee Hee

I’m a little baffled by how large the Hy Iu burger is. I didn’t realize. The largest burger I’ve ever ordered, didn’t know buns come this large. The toppings taste fresh and good, burger was thick and juicy and cooked medium as I asked. Sweet potato fries were also good. The girl who took my order on the phone was very nice and I assume same person who gave me my burger, very nice. I hope she wasn’t expecting a tip, I haven’t been for takeout orders. Second photo is of the bottom of my burger partly eaten, next to my child’s single burger from McDonald’s. $20 for my meal.

We had a great breakfast/brunch. Super busy but the service was still spot on. Pics are chicken fried steak, corned beef and I had Eggs Benedict but substituted the English muffin with the housemade biscuit. No complaints here!! :)

Alright. This place isn’t the best. It’s popular I can tell you that but OMG the parking is so small. All of the tables are like 2-4 people max and you have very little space to scoot in and out. Now the food… The burger disappointed me a lot. They had that black stuff on them like the bun (I believe this means it was grilled i don’t know) and it tasted very just like blah. I never tasted the cheese and the meat its self barely had a taste. No the staff was very nice and on their job and I appreciate that! I would not recommend this place for someone who loves burger. Now this is my opinion but if anyone likes that black stuff flavor, then yeah go here. But when I heard about this place I got excited but when I got there, the excitement faded away.

I ate here with my parents and my brother and everything we had was excellent. I got the Hy Iu burger with gorgonzola medium rare and it was delicious and cooked to perfection! The fries were also surprisingly really good! Not just frozen fries thrown into the fryer. My dad got the French Dip sandwich and that was also great. Finally, we got excellent service from Genie. She was friendly and fast with how she helped us.

The cook was getting on a waitress very rudely and loud. It was very unprofessional of the cook. Waitress reacted to his yelling which honestly I was getting a to go order so I think waitress was in the right. The complaint was he needed clean dishes. The waitress stated she was busy ans said give me a moment. He yelled I need them if you want your food. But I noticed when I walked in all the waitresses and the waiter were running around. As I stood there waiting for my order I saw the cook stand there smoke a vape and make a few plates. In mt opinion he could have had one of his assistants wash dishes and him fill in for his assistants instead of standing there hitting his vape and doing very little to nothing. But food was good and outwardly the wait staff was pleasant.
