MilkMan Roasters Coffee

Great stuff! Freshly roasted coffee, within the last couple of days, per the owner. I sampled some of the Ethiopian, and it was very sweet and bright. I ordered a quad American (not sure what beans), and it was excellent. I'm not an expert, but there was no hint of bitterness. Seemed full-bodied and a little smoky, but not burnt. There were some tea offerings as well, but I don't really mess with that stuff. He has a great setup there, kinda pop-up style, and a fun aesthetic. Some fun LEGO displays that will definitely capture your attention, whether you're a kindred spirit or not. If you're looking for a good cup of Joe check this place out.
