Customer Reviews
We had a genuinely great experience at this Hungry Howie’s location. While the surrounding area may look a bit rough, the restaurant itself was sufficiently clean and welcoming, and the food did not disappoint. The pizzas were cooked to perfection, and the gluten-free crust was absolutely dynamite—easily one of the best we’ve had. Everything we ordered was fresh, well-prepared, and satisfying. That said, the true star of the show was Donna, the hostess and server. Her service was beyond attentive—friendly, personable, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. She made us feel valued as customers and elevated the entire dining experience well beyond our expectations. As a small, constructive note, a bit more attention to the cleanliness of the flatware would be appreciated, but this
When I walked in the establishment it was very nice and clean. No masks are required when walk-in or dine in. If your dining in you just seat yourself wherever you would like. They have a bar that you can sit at as well. They have an amazing salad bar with a lot of different choices you can make to complete your salad. They have different kinds of pizza that you can choice from as well. They also have cheese bread and pasta. The prices are set for kids 3 and under ($1.99), then kids (7.99) and finally adults (11.99) drinks are included with the price. Definitely a nice place to take your family and friends. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone to enjoy. I’m definitely going back soon.
Pizza is bland and mediocre.....salad bar is decent. Staff is friendly, adult price is a little steep for quality of food and fountain drinks
Pros- The waitress was nice. She didn't do much, but she was pleasant. Cons- Huge puddle of vomit directly outside the front door (Should have been an indicator of the quality of food). The food was passable as edible, it tasted decent, but the gastrointestinal nightmare had not yet begun. Within an hour of departing the establishment my bowels quaked like the San Francisco earthquake of 1989, i began to upchuck the remnants of the “Pizza” I consumed, the stomach pain began and still has not subsided. This was without question the lowest quality food I have ever consumed…and I am a product of Florida public schools. 0/5 stars would be the appropriate score.
Very loud and chaotic inside, I ordered pick up and the three pizza I ordered all had one or more issues with either toppings missing or partially on one pizza and partially on another etc. got it home and was disappointed when the cheese pizza had anchovies and the pepperoni pizza was missing pepperoni on one and had onions on the other side and the supreme one was right but so undercooked you couldn't pick up the slices because the crust would come up but the dough would stretch and rip leaving a pile of soggy dough and toppings in the box. Just over all sad but hoping next time I try it'll be better as I do normally like hungry Howie's pizza but it'll be months before I attempt to use this location again
