Definitely some great tasting rugelach. Can buy it by the pound for a fair price and serve at dinner parties. So good but not too sweet which other varieties tend to be. Can buy challah bread there too. I bought one once but my dog ate it before I had a chance. Dog loved it and did not get sick, so i suppose our furry friends can enjoy a kosher meal as well.

WARNING: THIS BUSINESS IS IN A ORTHODOX COMMUNITY WITH DRESS CODES. YOU WILL BE UNCOMFORTABLE GOING TO THIS BAKERY IF NOT DRESSED PROPERLY OR IF YOU ARE A NONJEWISH WOMAN! Everything I bought was awesome! After finding the bakery, was not sure if they would sell to a Gentile, but happy they did! Reminded me of treats you used to be able to find in Chicago delis!

Best cookies and kokosh cake! Im not talking about the challah how good it is... Service is the BEST! I once ordered challas for my simcha it was nice and delicious with a Heimishe taste. THANK YOU!

4 stars for chocolate babka and 2 stars for "flaky' rugelach. I thought this would be the light, flaky rugelach that I was dreaming of but it was not. Some were quite hard and crunchy. It might be just the style in KJ. The babka was excellent though.

Pretty disappointed compared to the last time I was here a few years ago. Not much selection to choose from, and I though the pastries were not nearly as good as last time.
