Villa Verde B&B, Greenwood Lake, NY

Pristine! Charming! Lovely! What a nice and quiet getaway. The house is magnificent!! Nicely decorated. Eva, the host, is charming and down to earth. She makes you feel like family. A good conversationalist. An excellent cook. Our breakfast was healthy and delicious 😋. We Will definitely be back!!

We recently spent four nights @ Villa Verde. A truly beautiful home in a quiet peaceful spot near the lake. The suite we had was comfortable and very quiet. Eva is an extraordinary host and helpful. Breakfast is a real treat as she serves up such healthy and tasty food. We recommend Villa Verde if you are near Greenwood Lake and want a great place to stay.

A gem in the mountains of Hudson River Valley. Why? you would ask. Because the total experience was so much beyond the expected. Eva the host presented us with a truly gourmet breakfast. Organic ingredients graced our palates. Her home was impeccable. Even her Dalmatian was gracious.

Ewa was an absolute gem of a host and her home was absolutely stunning! Each room had a character and personality of its own, which included one-of-a-kind furniture pieces, artwork, tiles, and decor. We are so glad we booked our stay - Villa Verde was the perfect oasis to have a good night's rest, relax and rejuvenate for our wedding anniversary! The thoughtful details Ewa included - from interesting varieties of tea, to a hot water kettle, to the two dark chocolate bars, and a table for two where we could eat dinner - really made us feel every need was taken care of. The cherry on top was the delicious breakfast Ewa made for us in the morning - from fresh veggies, to delicious fruit, to organic juice, a yogurt parfait, an omelette, and chicken sausage (which she especially had prepared
