Hunan Garden Express

I ordered food from Hunan Garden Express for my family gathering, and it was a hit! Everyone loved the flavors, and the portions were generous. I highly recommend their chicken lo mein, house fried rice, orange chicken, and their egg rolls—they’re absolutely over the top! The food was fresh, delicious, and perfect for a group. I’ll definitely be ordering again for future events!

Hunan Garden in Kingwood is my go-to takeout spot, and Natalie is a big reason why I keep coming back. She’s always friendly, fast, and super organized. My orders are consistently accurate, packed well, and ready when she says they will be. Even though it’s a takeout place, she still makes the experience feel personal with her great attitude. The food is always fresh and flavorful, and the service from Natalie is top-tier. Definitely recommend!

I ordered the rib appetizer that comes with 4 ribs for almost $10. This is the 3rd time I've had an issue with their ribs. I received 2 full size juicy ribs and 2 dried out rib pieces. The meat on those are dry and tough, you can't eat them. I did not call to complain because they just argue and gaslight you when you do. I wish they were consistent with their food. I order my rice with no spice when kids are eating it and mild spice when it's just me. The rice was so spicy, I could not eat it at all, so I called to let them know. She proceeds to look at my previous orders in the system and tell me it's cause I always order it with no spice so I'm just not used to their spice. I was like lady, I'm mexican. I can do spice! I recently ordered delivery from their website, placing the order at 6:30. At 7:60, we will had not received the order, so I checked my email to make sure I hadn’t screwed up. There, I found an email showing the food was delivered at 7:40, but it was no where by my front or back door. I called to inquire, and was met with a very rude female who told me she didn’t know how I got that email, and that my food was on the way. seeing that I had ordered 1 hour and 20 minutes prior, I asked when I would expect to get my order. She said she didn’t know and had no way of knowing. I asked her to call and find out, since it was showing delivered. She grumbled and said fine. She called me back stating it would be next but didn’t know how long that would be. I again asked, would it be 15-30 minutes? An

I like the speedy service. To be extremely honest, I understand this is Kingwood and the locals need jobs but I kinda would've like to see an Asian working here. Maybe they were in the back in the kitchen but they were non existent when I went. Also, you can't dine in. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. It's my personal preference 😋
