Humble Burger

Love Humble Burger’s new location in Downtown Moscow! Clean interior with plenty of seating - even a few place outside! I love that people can watch the food being made, and the staff is so friendly! Limited menu, but it’s so hearty and they cater to those who are GF! I wish they had more conventional drinks (Coke, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, etc), but the food itself surpasses my complaints about drinks! Hefty and filling and they even have a punch card for items you know you’re going to order again and again! The meat, I believe, is locally sourced too. Excellent establishment!

Humble Burger is one of those spots that’s unique and fun to visit. Most burgers are fairly similar, but HB manages to make theirs stand out just a bit more. The burgers are tasty and have been consistently good for years. The fries could use a little improvement—perhaps a touch crispier—but that’s a minor quibble. The atmosphere is lively, which I usually enjoy, but the music volume is completely out of hand. On my last visit, it was so loud that you couldn’t hear someone across the table. I even mentioned it to the manager or owner. At first, I politely asked if they could turn it down, pointing out that nobody was listening to it. Lived in Idaho for a few years off-grid and this was our favorite place to eat. Super friendly staff and the burgers were phenomenal. I think about it all the time and miss it! Old school cooked, amazing.

Small, local, wonderful place to get a tasty smashed burger. Prices were very reasonable and my food came out fast. Both the burger and fries were enjoyable. I can see why this place gets great reviews. If I lived in Moscow locally, this would be in my regular rotation!

In town to relax a bit after speaking at a conference and stumbled upon this spot while exploring downtown. Delicious! Flavors burst in every bite. From the sauce to the fresh ingredients, everything is packed with flavor. I didn't even ask how it's topped and just took the Humble Burger as it came. I'm glad I did. Even the fries had a zesty taste of seasoning and were the perfect cut of crispness. Be sure you try some of their house-made beverages. I enjoyed the lemon-ginger sparkling aide which was refreshing. Great vibes. Fun and friendly staff, with a clean and fresh environment. Make a point to have this experience for yourself.
