Huddle House

I was disappointed today. I frequent Huddle House often, I've never experienced the negative attitude my family and I received from a waitress name Maddie. At first, I gave her the benefit of doubt and didn't respond back negatively. My daughter came in a few moments later and she was meet with the same rudeness. She looked like what's going on. But we still didn't say anything. I ordered our food as my daughter had to leave to pick up my babygirl and my grandson. She was still rude, thankfully Tera came and took over! And she apologized for Maddie's behavior. Also Britt (Manager) came and spoke with us to rectify the situation. Kudo to them for stepping in and being professional.

Tobias is so friendly always smiling at his customers a d a very giod cook. Brit and Mya are very good waitresses even all the waitresses have been awesome to is and we have been coming here for going on 5 years now. They always ask how we are doing and miss is if they haven’t seen us in awhile and we are seniors of Hart count.

Hands down the best huddle house! If you’re looking for comfort food served with genuine Southern hospitality, Huddle House absolutely delivers! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and the welcoming aroma of fresh coffee and sizzling bacon. The atmosphere feels like home — cozy booths, cheerful staff, and that classic diner vibe that makes you want to stay a little longer. Come dine in here they are the best. :)

Nessa is a great server! Very attentive and efficient. Atmosphere is good, quieter than waffle house. Food is decent for the price. Overall satisfied

Regular customer every Tues. Love it here especially because of Ness and crew who treat us like family. The place is always clean and the service is exceptional. If you are in Hartwell GA stop by. Ness will welcome you and make you feel at home.
