Hart County Library

This library is massive and has a huge selection of books. Staff is helpful and kind. There’s also a mini-bookstore where you can purchase books downstairs on Thurs Fri and Sat, and there are plenty of computers and tables/chairs to sit in. There is a whole room for children’s literature too. Right now, there is an event where you can take home seed packets and grow plants. This place is really cool, and I will be back.

I frequent this library often and have always appreciated how kind and courteous the employees have treated me. However I had a concern today and definitely left feeling some type of way. The employee (I wish I knew her name) was patient with me, however some of the remarks made by the manager threw me off. Unfortunately that wasn't the first time I had an encounter with him that rubbed me the wrong way. You can learn a thing or two about customer service from your subordinates sir.

They have a lot of great activities in programs for kids. Pam was really helpful and made sure my 4 year old had a great first experience at the library

Not even close to wheelchair accessible. No elevator, the accessible parking is on a steep incline and a ways away from the entrance, and the bathrooms weren't super easy for a disabled person either. Staff is friendly and the selection is good for the area though.
