HotBox Pizza

We get take out from there all the time. Mostly breadsticks for my son but we also get pizza as well. The food is always fresh and tastes great. Service is good and the restaurant is always clean. Staff is friendly and knows my son and starts his order at he second the recognize him! Also they have great decorations at Halloween time!

We love Hot box. The pizza is always fresh and they have such great deals. The employees are always very friendly as well. Today a young man named Benny greeted us and was very polite and helpful. We highly recommend this restaurant

Placed order 4hrs ago and call store and they have no idea. My order number ment nothing to them. What I ordered ment nothing. Manager didn’t try to offer solution and get my order reordered and solve issue. He said he would call store owner and got off the phone with me without asking for my name and number. This is a horrible experience especially when you were expiring to have dinner delivered before the pacers game. I ordered when I did because I got a email saying the pacers game cups were almost gone. So I placed order at 4:25pm and asked to be delivered at 7:30. When I called at 7:40 I was expecting to hear it’s on way but running behind but never that they had no clue about my order and online ordering ahead of time with a ticket number means nothing to them and they have no way of
