Pinheads & Alley's Alehouse

Have been here several times, overall great experience. Kelsi a member of the wait crew has taken the time to get to know each of us personally, what we typically order and is always friendly. She even found a towel that I left behind and set it aside for me till I returned. This level of service is tough to find these days! Otherwise, getting a lane here can be a challenge but still if there is a game on and you're looking for a place to hang out with friends doing something tough to find a better venue.

I want to start this post by saying the FOOD IS EXCELLENT!! HOWEVER the service is lacking and they need to do better. After getting a table we waited for 15 minutes before I had to track down a server just to get some water. The food took FOREVER to get. We didn't get plates with our pizza, and the pizza didn't come out with our food. Running out of water is unacceptable. In their defense it was really busy, but they should account for that on a Friday night. I will say that everyone was really friendly and apologetic.

Everything was fantastic. Our server Alanna was phenomenal and should get a raise. Jerk wings were great and the tots are award winning. 1/2 price arcade games made it even better. Except the fact we came home with this dude.

This was our first time and it was a wonderful experience! We bowled, ate lunch, and played in the arcade. We had young kids with us and they had plastic ramps to help young kids roll the ball, which was really great! I felt like the value for the arcade prizes for how much we paid to play was actually pretty good! The food was very good, but this is because there is a restaurant on site. Keep this is mind this isn't your typical "bowling alley" food, so you'll be paying more than "bowling alley" food prices. It was a bit of a sticker shock, but it was worth it for the quality. It was very clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. I would recommend it for families or dates!

I was really impressed by how much the 'bowling alley' concept has evolved. It’s completely modernized—gone are the 90s/2000s vibes I was expecting. Instead, it feels like a high-end entertainment center. The standout for me was the restaurant, Alley’s Alehouse. It’s a very nice dining space with an excellent beer selection that goes way beyond your standard options. Whether you're there to bowl or just for the food, it’s a great, updated experience.
