Hot Wok Chinese Restaurant

My husband and I have been looking for a good place for Chinese and this is the spot !!!! We ordered pan fried dumplings crab Rangoon shrimp fried rice shrimp egg rolls vegetable lo mein chicken and broccoli and general tso. All the food was absolutely amazing they were 10 minutes earlier then they quoted me for delivery plenty of sauce and forks. This will be my spot for now on !!!

A Linthicum Heights staple that never misses! The General Tso's Chicken is a family favorite — perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the portions are huge. Fast service, always hot and ready when you arrive for pickup. The menu has everything you could want from Chinese and Thai dishes.

This is a relatively small location with limited seating, so don't come expecting large seating accommodations. As I sit here and count, seating only is for 18 total, but the food is great! Some take out Chinese restaurants have the usual food that we're used to, but some have dishes that it seems they 'specialize' in. I had the shrimp with lobster sauce and pork fried rice, and it tasted better than the average dish from other Chinese restaurants. Also, the lady who took my order was very polite and pleasant and she made a little provision for me, for which I am grateful.

The food is very good and tastes fresh. Delivery was faster then expected but…. The portions are small . There were very few shrimp, the eggrolls were small sized and an over abundance of rice. So that kind of makes this over priced although the flavor and freshness were good. And I’m not someone who expects to have two meals from one Chinese dinner but, the size of the food portions was really disappointing.

I honestly was pretty disappointed I never been there before and always kick myself for not reading reviews before hand and this is definitely one of those times.. the fried veggies & plain white rice was about the only thing I found editable with added mustard.. the bourbon chicken tasted like beef .. I've never had a bourbon chicken taste that way and I did not like it.. the flavor is definitely lacking and I absolutely wish I would have went to Shanghai but didn't feel like pulling out cash so it's my fault. I wouldn't recommend.
