So yummy. So friendly! Great food. Great experience.

Awesome experience! Salad, Bread, and food looked and tasted amaing! Our server was a pleasant person to be around. She told us how they were not expecting the extensive amount of bookings immediately following opening. As a matter of fact, they’ve only been open a week! Futhermore, they’re not done fully opening yet either! They have a 40 table dinning room along with a gift shop currently under construction although I do not know when it is scheduled to open. I would most definitely try this place again! Thank you for the pleasant fine dining experience!

My husband and I with two of our friends went to dinner last night at the New Hot Tomato off of International Drive. The food was incredible we each had a different meal: Chicken Marsala, Chicken Franchise, White Pizza and Chicken Piccata. The service was fantastic and the atmosphere was wonderful. I can’t wait to go back.

Hot Tomato is a fantastic addition to dining in Carolina Forest. Open only 5 days they already have their act together. We had the Sicilian Salmon which was cooked to perfection, it was moist, firm but most of all DELICIOUS. I had it over vegetables and my wife’s was over spinach each with artichokes and sun dried tomatoes on top all in a flavorful EVO sauce. The prices are very reasonable combined with the quality of their food and outstanding service Hot Tomato has already become our go to restaurant in Carolina Forest so we will be back soon. Our Rhiannon was fantastic, explained each dish while having the kitchen understand any food issues. It’s obvious she puts her warm heart and concern into your dining experience.

This small restaurant can get crowded, but the food and service are outstanding. Prices are very reasonable and the portions are generous. It's a little gem!
