Hot Head Burritos

The worker who was there made the experience amazing! Valentine's Day... I leave the gym and stop for a delicious steak power bowl. She gave me more meat and am overall fuller bowl than ive been given recently. Last time I was charged $2.20 for water. This time I think it was 50c or something fair. The restaurant was clean. The food was unbelievably delicious. Power bowls are a near perfect post workout meal!!!

The food is so good! The portions are big! I can't believe I have been sleeping on Hot Heads... So good I came back the next day 😂 Also great coupons on the app

Food is usually good. But today chicken was dark, dry, and firm like it had sat out a while. I got a bowl with less rice and I wanted an extra scoop of chicken. Was informed it'd be $3.25 more for the tiny scoop they use. Glad I passed on the extra chicken. Bowl was disappointing.

This location has been significantly been declining over the last year. Just ordered large burrito bowl that was a joke. wasn't even enough to fill a small bowl, but yet charged me large bowl price. I don't think employees know how to property make a bowl. I don't know if management or proper employee training is the issue, but somethings got to give. Unit then, I wont be back. Its not worth spending the amount of money for what you get there. In the pic, you can clearly see around all the sides of the bowl and part of the bottom. Rip off to say the least!!!!!

As a business owner myself - I did every attempt to not leave a negative review. I contacted an employee, Facebook Messenger and email. No response or care. I visited Hot Head Burritos on Feb 7th at 1:00. I was hungry and I already eat fast… 3/4 through my bowl I noticed there was a strange texture/taste. Turned out my chicken was fully raw. 24 hours later, I developed an extreme fever and the sickness lasted 6 days. Salmonella is real, and it was an awful experience. Since nobody within the company cared, I feel obligated to share my experience so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.
