Jack, Al and Chuck are awesome! They care about my business and any problem that comes up these guys get fixed in a hurry. I'm lucky to have them as a partner in this business* *Brad is my new rep and he's kicking ass. I bought an ice bin from them MONTHS ago and just found out it was missing an expensive piece. These guys bent over backwards to take care of my customer. They go above-er and beyond-er. Again, just a great partner to have
Every time I call the store for parts I get the voicemail. I leave a message and then my call is never returned. The lack of support is very frustrating.
For 2 days I have been trying to reach this company to order parts and the recording says to leave your name and number which I have and no one returns my call nor do they answer their phone.
