Sometimes, you want to go where everybody knows your name...and they're always glad you came! (Cheers intro song) And if that is the case, this is the place for you. I can not believe it has taken me such a long time to write a review for one of my favorite places to go. Owners are so insanely personable and kind, the rest of the staff are like a family. Everyone is so sweet and kind and fun. The beer is great (TRI-PA for the win!) the food truck Barriga Llena is INCREDIBLE! The dog park has two convenient sections, one for the more nervous or unfixed puppers, and one for the well socialized stallions. Most Days there is a dog attendant in place who is trained to watch for worrisome behaviors within the k9 yard. They almost always have some awesome events planned including breed meet

My friend and I came to Hops & Hounds on a Sunday night. I was introduced to the owner Bela. He was so welcoming and seemed so proud of his establishment. He should be because it was hands down incredible place of business! Outside games for adults or kids! And of course, an actual unbelievable dog park with all the cool things you could imagine for your dog to do!! I will be coming back with friends to spread the word! Thank you Bela for an amazing first time guest experience!

This place is SO great! We found it by chance and went on a Friday evening to check it out. We were so impressed by the facilities and the owners that we went back Sunday AND Monday with our pup. There are two sides-one for leashed pups and the other larger side for off leash play. We love that the owner, Maggie, plays "puppy referee," and helps keep everyone in check. There are lots of seats and umbrellas and misting fans for the humans, and the pups have water bowls and little pools. There are lots of drink options and different food trucks available. The courtyard is a beautiful, comfortable place to eat. Everything was thought-out and well executed! We are excited to go back for Mini-Monday!

What an absolutely awesome stop to make on our way into Knoxville! We enjoyed a great dinner and a drink (amazing selections for both!) while our dog played. Our rescue is a bit timid but was very comfortable running around in their HUGE off-leash area. The owners are so kind, friendly and welcoming. They made sure we were well taken care of, even turning on a heat lamp on for us on the chilly night we visited. Overall, a great place for dogs and their owners alike! We will 100% be back next time we are in the area.

Brought our nervous dog here and had a great experience!! There is an attendant to manage relations between dogs. And lots of interactive obstacles. Also, loved that the first visit was free. Definitely plan on coming back!
