Chick-fil-A

I just want to start out by saying that I love Chic fil a from way back and normally the service is spot on. That's why it hurts to leave a review like this but I let it go once but not twice. This is the second time we have ordered the nugget family meal and something was left out. First time was the brownies and this time the cookies. I work in the restaurant industry and I know mistakes can happen but twice in a row is not excusable.

After encountering issues during my previous visit, the manager personally reached out to me, and today I had the opportunity to revisit the Oak Ridge, TN location. I am pleased to share that this experience exceeded my expectations. The service and food were exceptional—this is the standard one should expect when dining at Chick-fil-A. From the friendly voice on the intercom to the team member confirming my order outside, and finally the courteous employee who handed me my meal, every interaction reflected genuine hospitality. Despite the challenges of cold weather and heavy holiday traffic, the staff maintained efficiency and warmth, creating a truly pleasant experience. We always have a great experience at any chick fil a, but we love the one in Oak Ridge. The people walking around cleaning are always so nice and they still have a play place at this one!

We stopped at Chick-fil-A for a quick bite before our movie and decided to try the new Pretzel Club sandwiches, both the grilled and the original fillet. It’s nice to see some fresh menu options, even if it’s just a different bun style, and we’re happy to report that both sandwiches were delicious and definitely worth trying. As expected from Chick-fil-A, the service was excellent. Izzy (if I caught the name correctly) was friendly, efficient, and kept the dining area tidy when not helping customers at the register. Overall, a great experience!

I am never one to leave a bad review but with the quality of everything else going down I had high hopes Chick Fil A would stay strong. I was wrong. I got a salad today (already the most expensive option on the menu) and the entire thing is brown and wilted. How did anyone look at this and decide to serve it? Highly disappointed in my favorite fast food location. I was home before realizing For other customers, please check your orders before leaving.
