Billy's Time Out Deli

Had a great lunch with a friend today in Oak Ridge. I’ve been in town for a couple years now, but this is the first time checking out this deli. It’s a great local spot No Frills classic deli. We ordered the steak in a sack “all the way” with fries and it was a hearty and delicious lunch.. Staff is super friendly and eager to make sure the food is great! Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a quick bite midday. I’ll be coming back for the chuckwagon next time!

Passing through Oak Ridge after a job and I saw this place. Read some reviews and this place is very well established. Some saying its been here 40 plus years. I loved the old school nostalgic feel in there, Im a sucker for that. Service was good to me too! I had the Steak in a sack which was great! Hoping to be back one day to get a Cheeseburger.

I gotta say, when the boys at work were talking about this place, I was like no, I've eaten gas station food before... They said no... It's not a gas station deli, it has its own diner inside the gas station.. still skeptical, how good can it really be, right? Listen... I have eat there at least 10 times! And I've not even lived in this area that long! 6 months and it took me 3 to even go! This is hands down some of the best food ever!!! Quick service and friendly staff! I just wish they were open weekends!

Great little old timer deli! Friendly service!Home feel vibes. Cooked to order on each meal. This place at lunch time was full of locals in & out. I ordered the Rosemary (which is basically a Philly Cheesesteak). Definitely will be back! Support the local mom and pop shop & swing by to check out the great food!

First time visiting Billy’s in 25 years and I can honestly say that this is STILL a top-3 diner/deli. The burger was perfection; there’s just no way to say it. I don’t live in Oak Ridge anymore, but I wish they were open on weekends because I would find a way to come here once a month. But as is usually the case, it’s the SERVICE here that makes it worth my time and money. This is the type of place that deserves to be on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives on Food Network.
