Been buying equipment from Jamie for 21 years. In fact the lady Sharon posting a negative review bought my Hobart mixer that was a work horse of a machine. It was working great. But if you don't have a certificate Hobart tech hook it up. That could be a problem.

Hook’s has a nice variety of new and used restaurant supplies and equipment at very reasonable prices. Specifically we have had great service out of a used prep table we purchased from them. We had a top notch experience working with them on CAD drawings and layout planning. This locally owned family business boasts a very professional and honest staff that put integrity ahead of making a dollar. Be sure to check out their showroom for many things you may need last minute at great prices. Highly recommend.

The warehouse is nicely stocked with small wears and accessories for both commercial and residential purposes. They have on site inventory for restaurant supply, as well as on the spot ordering. This company has the capability to layout and design your commercial kitchens, do build outs and renovations, custom commercial furniture, interior design, advertising, and much more! This place sold me a dough mixer for $4000 dollars. Lied to me about how old it was. Told me it worked without a single thing wrong with it. After getting it set up turns out it was broken. After getting the run around from Lake Thompson they said they would get someone to fix it. After months and months of going back and fourth they decided to blame me for why it didn’t work…. I would never use this company again and I would suggest look elsewhere. They are crooks!
