5 stars for the service & atmosphere. 4.8 for the food & mind you the flavors were 🤤amazing🤤I got the Snow Crab, Crawfish & Shrimp at a pleasant price. The crawfish were yummy but the shell was too soft to push in, twist & eat like when they are fresh 😂 but hey it’s Connecticut not Louisiana so I’ll happily suffer while I admit I’m stuffed & satisfied!!! Great staff, so attentive & helpful!!!

Our server Misha was so knowledgeable about the menu and a real pleasure. She went out of her way to make our drinks and suggested some delicious cocktails. The seafood boil was absolutely amazing the mild sauce was just that .. not too much sodium. My Husband had the catfish it was delicious! Will be back soon and got some lovely pics taken by Misha for my birthday ❤️

The seafood boil was exceptional — perfectly seasoned, fresh, and full of flavor. The shrimp were plump, the crab legs cracked beautifully, and the corn was incredibly sweet. Service was attentive and the atmosphere warm and inviting. A truly satisfying experience — I’d absolutely return.

VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! My waitress was amazing and ensured we enjoyed our time at hook & reel ! Management always monitoring the restaurant to ensure everything is running smoothly.

Came here for seafood boil which didn’t disappoint! The flavors are so good and if you’re looking for spicy, this is the place! I ordered garlic butter seasoning, fire and it was delicious. I recommend their crab meat fries, absolutely delicious. Service is fast and super friendly. Will be back for sure!
