Honorary Tavern

Try Honorary Tavern! The food is amazing and reasonably priced. If you’re looking for an authentic taste of Jamaican cuisine, you should definitely try it. No one on the island beats their Jamaican food. It’s one of my favorite restaurants here. You won’t regret it and it’s worth every penny.

We have been to the Honorary Tavern several times since their opening, we've had breakfast, lunch and dinner, ALL have been delicious, with generous serving sizes, great presentation and best of all great prices!!!! Give this place a try, you won't be sorry.

I’ve visited Honorary Tavern a few times now—twice for breakfast and twice for lunch—so I’ve had a good chance to get a feel for the place. First, the dining area is lovely. Clean and plenty of seating. Breakfast has been my favorite so far. The food is good but still doesn't have the variety of our beloved but now gone, Linda Jean's. Lunch, however, has been a bit inconsistent. The grilled chicken sandwich portion was quite small and could definitely use more seasoning, and the Mahi Mahi was unfortunately dry and overcooked, even though I requested it medium rare. However, the chicken wings, were perfectly cooked - highly recommend. Also, my friend recommends the meatball hoagie. All the side items are fresh and hot.
