Narragansett House

We loved our time at the Narragansett House. I had been a little concerned reading some of the reviews just before leaving but I needn't have been. We had the biggest room with private balcony overlooking the front, it was clean and the bed was so comfortable and the linen was very fresh and of good quality. The bathroom en-suite was small but clean and decent- great shower. My only complaint about the room is, as someone else has mentioned, the curtain over looking the street is very thin and it felt quite exposed- a simple fix! Omar the manager was lovely, very welcoming when we arrived and talked us through breakfast- selection of fruit, bagels, pastries, juices, cereals and coffee, the best part was definitely on request omelettes or waffles in the morning though- my husband said it wa

Oak Bluff is my new found love‼️❤️ Narragansett House is a charming B&B that I would visit again! Lamar was very attentive and courteous, the rooms were comfortable and I enjoyed a peaceful night sleep. The house is situated close, with nearly everything within walking distance or by local transportation, on the island, plenty of places to eat (The Biscuit House is a MUST for breakfast), friendly people, lots of shopping, and scenic places to visit! I can’t wait to visit again, definitely staying longer!

A very peaceful and relaxing weekend at Narragansett House. Beautiful 1870s Victorian style bed and breakfast was everything we wanted for our weekend exploring MV. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and breakfast each morning was great. We loved the champagne served each evening while sitting on the front porch, a great way to end each day. We stayed in room #8 which was perfect for our needs for the weekend. Ferry & Bus stops are less than a 10 minute walk, steps to downtown Oak Bluffs.

We stayed at the Narragansett house on a last minute mini vacation. Our room was clean and ready way before our check in time which was convenient for us as we came right from work the night before as we work night shift regularly. Hospitality was amazing and they even watched our bags after check out so we could explore the island for the remainder of the day before heading home in the evening. It is cute and quaint and we plan on staying here again. Highly recommend for a nice place to stay just off the beaten path with close access to everything that Oak Bluffs has to offer.

This place is such a gem! My friend and I stayed here and had such a lovely time. Upon arrival we were greeted by the beautiful hydrangeas and the colorful, beautiful house. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious as well! We enjoyed the fresh fruit, yogurt yummy eggs, muffins, and waffles. We ate on the front porch every morning and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. It was very quiet and relaxing. The location was perfect, only a quick walk to shops, restaurants, and the bus stop to explore other towns. Thank you to the wonderful staff for a great stay! I hope to return!
