My quest to learn about Inkwell and my first visit to Martha's Vineyard has been accomplished. I am so happy to have booked at the cottage. Excellent location, with a very accommodating staff. I loved my room which was quiet, bright and comfortable. I slept well each night. Breakfast was delicious, ai choose scrambled eggs with ham and cheese. I hope to stay here again.

Wasn’t like my first visit… requested the twin room with the terrace.. been there before. No twin beds.. a queen.. u shouldn’t list a twin room on ur website if u no longer have one … wasn’t as clean as I remember .. no bureau in our room.. instead 2 yellow uncomfortable chairs…the place looks tired and needs attention.. its not called Isabella’s anymore… I think it’s now called INKWELL.. you really need to put a sign out In of ur establishment

We recently visited Martha’s Vineyard for the first time and stayed at the Inkwell House in Oak Bluffs. The location of this Inn was very near the ferry terminal and town center. It resides on Beach Road on the Number 13 Bus route. The busses are free on Martha’s Vineyard! A stop is in front of this Inn.||Our room was small, clean, and had a small window view of the ocean. |The bedding was comfortable. Breakfast was included, homemade and delicious! The front porch was great for enjoying breakfast with a nice ocean view. Beach chairs and towels were included.||Our stay was during peak season for 3 nights and nearly $500 per night for a room with a King bed. Some of this cost reflects the timing, and the location rather than the size of the room. Between walking and using Bus 13, we visited

My Husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 57th Wedding Anniversary, it was perfectly quaint.||||Tucked across from the beach and just a short stroll from town, it is true coastal charm.||||Our room, #4 Lobsterville Beach was cozy, inviting, and so comfortable.||||The porch became our sanctuary, where mornings began with coffee and sea air, and evenings lingered with soft breezes and laughter. ||||Inside, the living and dining rooms carried that same gracious spirit, warm enough to feel like home yet polished enough to feel special.||||Little touches added so much, fresh breakfast in the morning, really enjoyed the waffles, and the comfort of knowing coffee, tea, juice, and water were always waiting. The staff, led by Coleen, were gracious and warm. Everything here whispers welcome.
