Honey Dew Donuts

The Honey Dew on The Lynnway in Lynn Mass has the most wonderful staff. I usually go to the drive thru they always have such a pleasant attitude never mixes up orders. I always get what I want and done perfectly. When I come around and pay they are so respectful and always happy and smiling. They made me a fresh pot of decaf coffee and apologized to me. I was happy to wait for the fresh coffee they could've given me the old coffee but they didn't do that.

This has always been my favorite honey dew location. I’ve done the drive through and sometimes I use grubhub to have it delivered. They take great care in packing your delivery order. The bags are neatly stapled, your coffee has a piece of tape to prevent spilling, and your straw is slid through the top of the stapled bag. It’s a nice and neat package. The food is always great and I love their coffee. They are always very friendly and efficient at their drive through. Thanks Honey Dew!

Ordered online and did not get our full order, and they gave us the wrong things, one of the items smelled rotten. Two items were completely missing all together. She also confirmed the order at the window. We won't be back.

Everything is just ok. A bit of a language barrier. We got the wrong order and one of the doughnuts was stale. So wrong doughnut and also stale. Lol. Second time here and similar experience.
