Honest Abe's - Downtown

Looking for a bite before another metal show at The Bourbon 🤘🤘🤘! We haven't been to Honest Abe's in ages. Years ago our extended family used to pick up from Meadowlane, then for awhile I used to grab discounted kids meals from Glynoaks. Neither of us had ever set foot in the Downtown location. It was to both of our surprise how expansive and sprawling the interior is. Wow! I often check out their rotating burgers to see if there's anything I find intriguing. The What's the Dill Burger was calling my name! Grillo's pickles, Lays Dill Pickle potato chips, and Lemon Dill cream cheese. I have a Dill obsession 😍. Subbed a Vegan Patty. While I am thrilled my Vegan friends have this option, and I do love a good Veggie Burger, theirs has never been my favorite. It tends to get mushy too fast. My

I came here with my family for dinner as we drove through on a road trip. The pictures of the food online looked so good, we had to try it. We are all so glad we did! My daughter said they had the best fries she has ever had in her entire life. They were pretty amazing! We tried the truffle parmesan fries, regular fries, regular tots, and sweet potato waffle fries in addition to burgers. All of the sides were delicious! Crispy and not soggy, perfect ratio of crispy outside to soft inside. If I wasn't so full, I considered getting another order of fries! The burgers were all very tasty, too. My husband said you could tell the meat was high quality. Next time we are in the area, we'll plan on stopping by again!

This place has THE best gluten-free chicken tender bites!! Burgers were super juicy and delish. Freedom tots and fries were fantastic. Sweet potato fries were killer! Staff was professional and friendly. Definitely will be coming back

First time eating at honest abes. Was with my wife and kids. Waited 10 min to even get anyone to take our order. We ordered 4 all American burgers with fries. Food came out COMPLETELY undercooked, very raw. Would have been nice if we would have been asked how we wanted our burgers cooked. 80 bucks for 4 burgers and NO drinks, just water. Way way overpriced and was completely underwhelmed. Will not be going back that is certain
