Holy Smokes Texas BBQ

My first time trying Holy Smokes, WOW, WOW WOW! I ordered the Rib Plate with greens. THE BEST GREENS IVE EVER HAD! And the ribs are incredible and meaty. I also ordered the chicken plate, which is perfect too. Do yourself a favor and check it out. Great BBQ and nice portions.

Service was super fast. I had kept hearing about how good this food truck was and I finally got to try it. I can say now that I definitely was not disappointed. That street corn I got was the best I've ever had.

Ummm, yummmm... ....don't forget the best cuppa Joe ever, Brewrista and the Bean is right next door on Fridays and Saturdays with the best 1% coffee in the world.

My wife and I just had the pulled pork plate, brisket plate and loaded baked potato. Everything was amazing. We have had BBQ all over the country and this was hands down the absolute best brisket and pulled pork. The Mac n cheese is 10/10 as well.
